Former SISD Middle School Principal Brandon Duncan has entered into an agreement with Schleicher County Attorney Clint Griffin and the Schleicher County Court, allowing him to participate in a pre-trial intervention program, in order to avoid prosecution on a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container.
