Sherry L. Smyth, age 52, died Wednesday, July 22, 2020 in Lubbock.
Sherry was born April 18,1968 in Colorado City, TX to Purvis Melvin Morris and Edna Ruth Massengill.
She married Sean Smyth on August 1, 2015. Sherry worked as the Office Manager for Zedi, a well testing company. She was strong in her faith and stood behind her beliefs.
She was always thinking of others, even in death. Sherry’s final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ donation.
Sherry is preceded in death by her father Purvis and mother Edna.
Sherry is survived by her husband Sean and son Mace Joy of Sonora.
Funeral services will be held at First United Methodist Church, Monday, July 27, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. in Olton, TX. Pastor Cody Sikes of Renew Life Church in Midland is officiating. Funeral arrangements are under Ramage Funeral Directors.
