Don Surridge, 88, of Big Spring, formerly of Sonora died Friday, October 3, 2020. Private family services will be held at a later date.
Don was born December 19, 1932 in Rochester, NY. He lived in Sonora for 30 years and came to Big Spring in 2019. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He drove for Whitfield Transportation and then Charles Howard Construction. He was a Baptist.
Don is survived by his wife: Terry Surridge of Big Spring; two sons: Gary Surridge of Dallas and Jerry Surridge of San Antonio; one step-daughter: Pat Luckie and her husband Vance of Midland; one step-son: Mike Kinard and his wife Melissa of Longview; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Don was preceded in death by his first wife: Dorothy; parents: James H. Surridge and Rosa.
