Neva Joe West Allen, age 81, passed from the arms of her family and into the loving arms of the Lord Monday, April 20, 2020.
Neva was a resident of Azle, TX for more than 50 years. She loved everything life had to offer.
She was a loving mother, grand mother and great grandmother, known by everyone in the family as “MawMaw”. She will be truly missed. We will be blessed to know Jesus has a MawMaw now.
Neva Jo was born December 14, 1938 in Sonora. She worked for McDonalds Restaurant as a manager for 40+ years and loved it.
Neva Jo was preceded in death by her parents Geneva and Charlie West and brother Gene West.
She is survived by a son Lee Allen and his wife Laurie, daughter Karen Whiting, son Rory Allen and his wife Lisa, brother C.W. West and his wife Loretta, sister Charlene Bennett, 10 grand children and numerous great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday morning, April 25th, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Love Funeral Home in Sonora.
Graveside services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Sonora Cemetery.
