The Broncos 7on7 team hosted a State Qualifier Tournament in Sonora on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Bronco Stadium.

Although the Broncos did not advance to the state tournament, the event was a success.

There were teams from Eldorado, Miles, Junction, Wink, Van Horn, Ballinger and Brady in attendance. Bronco stadium was full of supporters!
The Bronco Cheerleaders hosted a concession stand for all in attendance.
The first game for the Broncos was against Eldorado; the Broncos played well and fought hard but ended up taking a loss to the Eldorado Eagles 20-29.

Next the Broncos battled miles but fell short with a 12-20 ending score.
Sonora wrapped up the pool games with a win against Junction. This allowed them to play Wink in the semi-finals round.
In semi-final play the Broncos came alive and gave the Wink Wildcats a run for their money. Wink fought hard for the victory in a nail biting last minute win against the Broncos 26-32.

The tournament ended with Miles and Wink punching their tickets to state play.
