Sutton County 4-H livestock exhibitors had a good showing at the Houston Livestock Show earning top prizes and qualifying for the auction.

At the top of her class, Grace Moore enjoyed first places in the heavy-weight market Dorper class and in the fourth class of meat goats.

Additionally, two other exceptional Sutton County students were awarded second place ribbons in their class.

Jaci Dutton competed to a second-place finish in the 11th class of meat goats.

Likewise, Kodi Davis earned a second-place ribbon with a finewool market lamb and a seventh place in the sixth class of meat goats.

Meanwhile, Reagan Owen continued his good year with a third-place ribbon for his Spot barrow while competing at the San Antonio Livestock Show this past February 18, in San Antonio.

All of the exhibitors deserve commendation for their hard work.Congratulations!
