Of course, if you knew Irene you know that she finally made her way to heaven about 10:15 that morning.

She was born December 1, 1944 in Lobatos Zacatecas, Mexico and moved to the United States when she was 12 years old.

Irene was an accomplished entrepreneur and a savvy business woman.

In the mid-70s she opened Flowers by Irene and ran a very successful floral business for over 30 years.
