It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Olivia Hernandez on February 11th 2017 at Menard Manor.
She was 81 years old.
Olivia is preceded in death by her loving husband Alvin Hernandez.
She is survived by a loving family including her daughter Lavina Medinas and son-in-law Rick, of Oakley CA. and her sons Daniel Hernandez, wife Esme, of Sonora and Adam Hernandez of Menard.
She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren as well as sisters Linda Garza of Pharma Idaho, Delores Saiz and Rose Ann Saiz of Pocatello Idaho.
Olivia worked many jobs throughout her life, most recently as a care giver . She was very active in the Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Guadalupanas.
Visitation will be Thursday February 16 and Friday February 17, 2017, at Love Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday February 18, 207 at 11:00 am at Saint Ann's Catholic Church in Sonora.
