Sonora and Ozona Go Head to Head; Broncos Victorious Deploying Both Air and Ground Attacks

Friday night in the opening District 3-2A Division 1 game, the 8th ranked Sonora Broncos defeated their longtime I-10 rival, Ozona, for the 59th time in the 97 game series, 49-38. The game was played in Bronco Stadium on HCTC Spirit Night before the largest crowd of the season.
